General terms and conditions

• Prices are per person per overnight for stays of at least three overnights. There is a surcharge of 20% for shorter stays.
• Prices for holiday apartments include the cost of water, electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and crockery.
• Rooms are ready for occupation from 13.00 noon on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure. N.B.: Sunday arrivals from 5,30 pm.
• In the event of earlier departures we reserve the right to charge 70% of the total amount.
• In the event of cancellations within 20 days of arrival we charge the full amount. We recommend therefore that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
• Unfortunately we cannot accept reservations without written confirmation.
• You can pay with credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, or EC-Karte).
• If you pay by cash we offer a discount of 1%.
