The first option is an individual room with a bay window and high ceilings, offering breathtaking panoramic views over the castle park and Meran, which is ideal for privacy and scenery. The second option is a charming panoramic room with a covered east-facing balcony, from which guests can admire the picturesque alpine peaks of Mut, Rötlspitz, or Tschigat. Both types of rooms are perfect for guests with different preferences regarding view and atmosphere.
Good to know
- Prices are subject to a local tax of €2.50 per person per day. Children under 14 years are exempt from this tax.
- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation and a deposit from you.
- Rooms and suites are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival, and we kindly ask you to vacate them by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
- Payments can be made in cash (up to a maximum amount of €2,999.99), by debit card, Visa, or Mastercard.
- Changes or cancellations to your booking are free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations after this period, we charge 30% of the booked arrangement. In the event of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the travel price.
- To avoid unpleasant cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with the European Travel Insurance, which also covers cancellation costs in the event of Covid-19 despite pandemic status.
