• Prices are subject to a local tax of €2.50 per person per day. Children under 14 years are exempt from this tax.
• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation and a deposit from you.
• Rooms and suites are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival, and we kindly ask you to vacate them by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
• Payments can be made in cash (up to a maximum amount of €2,999.99), by debit card, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Changes or cancellations to your booking are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations after this period, we charge 30% of the booked arrangement. In the event of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the travel price.
• To avoid unpleasant cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with the European Travel Insurance, which also covers cancellation costs in the event of Covid-19 despite pandemic status.
• Variations from the images in the rooms and suites are possible.
• Errors and changes are reserved.
