We are certainly not the only wine hotel in Lagundo or in Merano, let alone in South Tyrol or Italy. But the proximity of our vineyard to our hotel at SCHLOSS PLARS wine & suites is a rarity. This closeness isn't just about frequently seeing Andreas tending to the vines; it's about how seamlessly our hotelier hospitality integrates with the rustic charm of vineyard life. Adding to this, the essence of being a wine hotel extends to the imperative of wine production. There was a time when we contributed a portion of our harvest to a local cooperative. However, not so long ago, our family collectively decided to embark on a new journey – transforming our unique harvest into wines distinctly our own. We spend much time in the vineyards to ensure the highest quality in every berry. That's why we are even more committed to transferring this quality into the bottle. This dedication allows us to create our exceptional red and white wines, which we proudly offer directly from our estate to the delight of wine lovers and enthusiasts.
